Nice picture show, explained how to book online, easy access when receiving your virtual ticket and staff was fast and efficient. One thing is which side does my drink go? The left or the right I need this general knowledge....
The cinema itself is great. The place is clean and I always have a good experience in Imax. I am taking off a star for the bathrooms. They are in sore need of renovation. It's not very well lit, the toilet seats are all skew or loose and not all of the doors lock. I recommend if you can rather use the mall bathroom instead of these.
Overall A very positive and enjoyable experience. The booking system was simple and priced reasonably with staff who genuinely seem ready to help. Nothing overly stands out enough for a lower rating, but it's not 5 star either in my opinion the movie choice is lacking All in all I highly suggest.
The manager Nathan is so helpful & the staff are super friendly. I had a tiny problem, but it was sorted out quickly. I love this branch. Definitely do recommend.
Great service, we were allowed to drink coffee at Prestige while we waited for our movie. Only downside was the ordering system was unnecessarily complicated with the craziest point the brown paper bags that crackle when you are trying to quietly eat during the movie. A box would be much better.
I had a very pleasant experience, when we arrived we got assistance booking our tickets and choosing our snacks. The concession stand was a different story. There were 3 people who were being rather mean to one another. Any staff issues should be dealt with privately, not in front of patrons. We were the only people there, so they could have waited to deal with their issues with one another. The person serving us had to be prompted several times about the drinks. They took over 5 minutes to locate the 3D glasses. Other than the concession stand, everything else was flawless - perfect temperature, lovely seats, kind team members, and a wonderful cinematic experience.
Not happy with the recent decision to convert to brown paper bags for popcorn. It creates a noise and is a general distraction from the entire movie experience. Bring back cardboard boxes.
0 stars. The absolute worst experience ever, Nathan, the manager was absolutely useless and had the worst attitude ever. We paid for a 3D IMAX movie and watched it in 2D, there was no communication at all, we just sat in the dark not knowing anything. The lady doing the popcorn was so lovely.
John Wick 4 was lit. Only 4 other people on the day. Such is life. Would give 5 stars but there was a Karen in the midst. Consequences.
Prestige is anything but that. Walked in to a dirty room with one miserable staff member who begrudgingly helped us decide on our snacks. The trailers started with sound and no picture. Had a 5 minute wait to get the technical issues sorted. We were the only customers in the room to have our snacks when the movie actually started. The cinema was stuffy and had no aircon. It was a pleasure to leave the cinema to get some fresh air in the mall. The behaviour of patrons cellphones, rolling commentary and acting like clowns was horrendous with no staff member doing random checks like the old days. No chance I’ll ever return, although I predict the business rescue will fail and they won’t be around either way.
