BB Menlyn Ford

We received very good service during our visit to the dealership were we looked at the new Ford Ranger. The person that assisted us showed us the entire range as some of the vehicles was still in storage.

Every time I need to service my car I remember why I bought a Ford besides the fact that I love my car - the service is just impeccable and the Menlyn branch really sets the bar extremely high. From the security guard greeting you by name when you arrive, to the technicians checking your car, to the service consultant thank you Angelique for being so on the ball, to the lady in the kiosk with her infectious positive attitude sorry I didnt catch her name - a true representation of how to create a stunning customer experience from start to finish! Best sales, management, finance and overall experience. I have bought many cars from BB Ford Menlyn over the years, their service is simply the best. I felt like a guest, not a customer. I am part of the Ford Family Own 2 fords at the moment, both bought from BB Menlyn Ford and they surely help the brand to make us feel important and part of something bigger. At BB Menlyn Ford, everybody is equally important, my relationship with them ranges from the Dealer Principle all the way to sales, finance and service teams. With my Next Gen Wildtrak, the DP and Salesman kept me up to date directly regarding waiting times and expected delivery. I was even invited to review the first Next Gen Everest and V6 Ranger as they were placed in the showrooms for the first time while I was waiting for my Next Gen Wildtrak. What an amazing experience. Best Ford Dealership in South Africa, no doubt.

BB Ford exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a Ford. If you already own a Ford, feel free to take it to them for any service needs you might have. They recently serviced my bakkie and I was extremely satisfied. The consultants were amazing, and I would highly recommend requesting Brilliant Brenda - she will quickly sort you out.

What is happening there at Ford Menlyn? Nothing apparantly. I have called twice in this week with nobody assisting me. Administration lady/sales took all the details and said someone will call me back with a quote and nobody bothered to follow-up. Looking at some of the other reviews I realise the service is poor from the get-go. No thank you.

Went there to enquire about a new car. The service representative was friendly and helpfull. The second hand department was not as friendly. Too serious!! It was ok. Not blown away!

Hands down the best customer experiencd that I've had from a dealership's service department! I had my vehicle in for a service. The entire process went smoothly and without fuss. The staff were all very friendly and attentive everyone, even down to the security personel. I will be returning to BB Ford Menlyn, when the time arrives for the next service to be performed.

Still waiting for feedback on my ranger. They fixed my ford ranger where there was an oil leak. Now the exact same oil leak is back. Cant get hold of anyone. No one phoning me back. I'll make sure Ford know about this

I had a very bad experience with the spare divisionJacoin particular. First i order a part for my vehicle and Jaco said it will take 3 days and he will contact me. He never did ,and when i contacted him, he said the part was sold .I kept my cool ,and ordered again. I asked him very polite to please don't mess up again and make sure i get this part. He promised me he will make sure. The part arrived, he did not contact me ,and when i phoned, guess what, the part was sold. All i hear is sorry ,it was his fold. I still kept my cool and asked very polite what now, and he said he will make a plan and phone me back. Nothing again. When i contacted him ,he had all fresh excuses and many apologies again. I ordered the part from another dealer. I am also in the market for 2 new Mahindra Pik Up's I already bought 6but Mahindra Menlyn will definitely not get that order from my business ,i will make sure of that. I will never do business with Jaco or this branch ever again.
