Excellent service from Musi and Geoffrey. The guys go the extra mile to attend to you, even on off-days and the service is impeccable in-person. The car was in an immaculate condition - their quality checks are thorough. 5-stars for an all-star team!

Once the sale is done, forget about having any sort of customer service from them. They made promises to sweeten the sale and failed to keep the sale was done.

Customer service at this Centre is no match for Johannesburg. I called a couple of times on different occasions with no answer and when it did get answered was transferred to another section, it rang with no answer as well. I have left a messages to be called back and that didn't happen too.

Terrible experience, employees standing around looking arrogant but no one helps. Not what you expect from a premium brand. If that were my business I’d dismiss everyone and get competent people. Now I have to go all the way to JHB to buy my car! Waste of time!

It is one of the cleanest dealerships I've ever seen. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's nice to roam between cars that dreams are made off. They have an excellent barista coffee station. Even the older model cars are dream worthy and in top condition.
