I am extremely happy with Begifted’s services. While I am currently travelling overseas, I got the devastating news that my dog has been put down this morning. My Vet and her assistant at 9th Ave Vet were so caring and kind and I just felt the need to say thank you. So around brunch time I ordered 3 things from Begifted and asked that they deliver it the same day. To my surprise they delivered it within like 2-3 hours!! How amazing. Same day service and they definitely put a smile on my face even though it is a sad day for me. Thank you Begifted, you deserve a 5 star rating.

The place screams quality. The interior design is gorgeous. Pity I didn't take pictures to share :. I have used the delivery service in the past. They followed the instructions on the checkout to the dot. The surprise was as planned, not a single deviation. That was impressive. The delivery driver even updated me after the delivery as I had requested and sent me a picture. Obviously, you wouldn't expect any excellent service than that. Another time I ordered online for a pickup. A few minutes later, I got a call from their staff. Firstly, I was thanked for placing the order, then was kindly asked what time will I pick it up. They had an option for a message on the card accompanying the order. Well, it was well-written, was worried about a bad hand writing but well, it was great. Hopefully, in future they will have a card printer. I confirmed the time and went there. I was slightly late for the pickup. If you use Google maps, just note that the entrance is in Mangold and not Pickering as Google Maps says. I got there and the team were super friendly. They introduced themselves as Kenneth, Rafeeq and Zanele. They were all smiles and I wish I had stayed there for a minute. I could see the smiles behind the masks. I got it to receive my order and the interior of the place wowed me. I was super impressed. Not to mention the way the order was like, excellent quality. I thought we were done, but then I later received an email thanking me for using their service. I felt super special as a customer and will definitely use both services in future. I would recommend to anyone. Lastly, their flowers are always fresh and they last at least 10 days. They come with some flower food satchet with instructions for use, so definitely worth your money. I hope to use their service again in future.

I have ordered flowers to be delivered on a few occasions and the recipients have always been delighted. It can be risky to order from 9000km away Scotland it is such a relief to know that I can rely on this Company to deliver a quality product. I am about to order some more flowers as Christmas gifts and I do this in complete confidence.... I hope that when covid restrictions are finally lifted I can once again visit PE and that I can deliver a personal thanks along with some nice Scottish choccie biscuits which my friend in PE go daft for!!!.... We live in the UK and found SJ Florist gifts online. Our family and friends have said their gifts and bouquets were beautiful, well received and much appreciated hence we will continue to use and recommend SJ Florists in Port Elizabeth. Well done and thank you for going the extra mile.

Unbelievably bad. We booked an expensive bouquet for a family bereavement in Port Elizabeth, through Bloomable. I received an email saying that the flowers had been dispatched, and the next day an email thanking me for the transaction asking for a review. So of course I thought the flowers were delivered. Heard nothing more. Only the next week, I found out from my bereaved family that the flowers never arrived. I couldn't quite believe it, but after sitting on the phone to both Bloomable and Begifted - I was given the pathetic excuse "sorry we didnt have white roses". The flowers never left the florist. But they never thought to let me know, o offer an alternative, to refund me, or even just email me a heads-up "sorry we couldn't fulfill your order". They just kept my money, falsely told me they had been sent and moved on. I guess with a bereavement maybe they expect that you wont ask whether the flowers arrived? Who knows? But even just telling me that they couldnt do it, would have given me a chance to order alternative flowers for my grieving family. But rather: nothing. No message, no comms, just took my money, sent me dispatch confirmation and moved on. Pathetic that a business dealing with peoples bereavement can treat customers this way.

I live in Australia and my previous experience with ordering online was horrific. I tried begifted and there service was excellent and on time. My Friend's loving her flowers and I'm loving the service I received. Thank you so much guys. Will definitely use you in the future!!
