I would absolutely recommend Flowers PE to anyone looking for the best flower delivery in Port Elizabeth. I ordered flowers online to be delivered same day. I was so impressed with their service! PE Flowers - Worst Customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Steer clear - there is nothing prestige here. My husband order a Bouquet of lillies and brigth flowers and I got a bouquet you could by at the street corner for 6 time the prize. Because the person taking the order are more concern chatting to her friend then writting the order down. Worst company ever

Very helpful staff, but the management needs an attitude check. After a very negative experience with the front desk, I left a 1 star for flowers pe, I was quickly contacted by the owner who explained the issues. I am very very curious as to how he got ahold of my number, as I did not give it to them, nor did I consent for its use. Although the flowers and back of house staff are absolutely lovely, the person who I dealt with on the phone prior to coming inside barely acknowledged me, this is something that needs to be worked on.

1st time using Flowers PE and I live overseas, so had no idea of what to expect. I was blown away by the quick confirmation and same day delivery which I didn't expect as I was ordering after 12. Thank you so much, will definitely be back.

Brilliant customer service. The assistant took the time to understand our requirement and made suitable recommendations to match the planned service. Moreover, the time it took to complete was less than 6 hours, which was beyond our expectations. Finally, we appreciate the assistant, not just for the efforts regarding the flower arrangements, but also the sincerity in the work completed and the discussion afterward. Really loved the overall service provided, the timeliness, and with great pricing too. Couldn't have asked for better overall experience. Thanks from the family.

The lady at the reception is extremely rude. 2nd visit there. The 1st time I went to order a custom arrangement, tolerated her dismissive behaviour. Today when I went to get a bunch of flowers her dismissive, curt and rudeness was too much, i walked out. Disappointing service from the ‘friendly city’

I live in NZ and this is the first time I ordered from Flowers PE. I am blown away by how easy the whole process was and how quickly they delivered the flowers. Can highly recommend especially if ordering from overseas!
