Walking distance to everything i needed yet inside i could relax in a quite big and very neat room. I could honostly see the extra care in detaul and very welcoming staff/ owners.Rooms: 5/5

Rooms were spacious, although cleanliness needs attention. Linen were not crisp and clean, dusty surfaces, dirty loose carpet. Sliding door to garden is a plus but outside chair and cushion was quite dusty and could not be used. Continental breakfast was average. Friendly staff. A table/ desk would be great, there is a small desk, but the fan takes half the table space.

The bedrooms are spacious with great showers. Breakfast is plentiful. The owner is in attendance and ensures your facilities are to your liking. On the whole good value for money.

Absolutely fantastic. Very very good service and rooms are really clean. Will be back.

Spacious, beautiful and very secure but no fridge,fan and no eggs for breakfast.The host Linky is a very friendly and likable person. I love this place despite the minor shortcomings

Best place to spend a night or to. I come to PE for work every now and then, the best service, clean rooms, always willing to help. Linkie you and your staff are tops.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and beautiful romms. Free WiFi is always a bonus. The rooms have a creative design and have clean look and feel.

This place is very hospitable and elegant but affordable .... But I noticed there was something like a secret camera in my room which I think might not be the best...

The place is very friendly, beautiful , very cheap , quiet and well secured. I think I will pay a visit again. I rate it 9/10
