I'm buying breakfast and lunch at Belem confectionery and their services is one of the best ,the workers have the utmost respect and the owner together with his wife and son are the one of the friendliest people I have ever met in my entire years of knowing them and it's been more than 20 years now, they're the bestFood: 5/5

Don't buy a birthday cake from this bakery my R750 cake didn't have cream, no icing no vanilla smell Horribly looking, looked a lot like steam bread smelt like an old cake and I suspect the black spot was mould. You have been warned

Loved this place the first time I arrived in Pretoriano longer a suger person so I hardly visit but my friend does and their cakes still look as good as the first time I saw them

Bad Service!!! They are very unprofessional, can't even explain properly. I regret buying cake from them just a waste of my money. The cake was very dry and was clearly not the colour I ordered. I won't recommend anyone buying cake from them.

Sjoe I was given a wrong flavor and the cake was so dry... then I called the shop to complain, the so called manager was rude.

why do you combine orders? my order was delayed by another order and four drivers failed to collect my order, and I suspect it was due to someone else's order. Delivery services is not for you or you need to improve. I cannot wait for a order that must be delivered to Arcadia whereas i'm in Bosman street, totally unacceptable.

Worst cake ever, I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday on 18/05/2022. Cake did not have cream, did not smell like cake, the design was different from what I pointed out on the picture, The cake was supposed to be black and white but it came out as green and white and the drippings were done so clumsily. The taste was horrible we threw it away

The shop is very small and crowded yet the service and food was good.Food: 5/5

Just love their cakes, always fresh, one never gets disappointed...
