I love everything they selling at cakezone even though I’m lactose intolerance I still buy their products

Had a terrible experience at Mams mall cake zone. The staff at the store are very rude , they don’t give the best service. The cake they gave us didn’t have everything we required and when we complain they gang up on us. Will never order from them again ‍

I'm actually happy and satisfied with cakes.. They are out of this world... I just did not like how I was treated by maponya mall branch yesterday... I got there at 5:45pm...i was from work rushing to buy cake for my daughter's birthday... The doors were closed but there were 2 ladies inside.. I begged to be assisted since they only close at 6 pm.. And I was there 15minutes before... The lay just said NOO... Iyoh I thought of my child who loves your cakes so much... The disappointment I saw on her face when I came with cake from somewhere else... Iyoh

They have a great variety of cakes and they offer delicious flavors. One can order and collect a cake of their desired style.

I just finished a whisky cake in 2 days I used to think the amarula cake is my favourite but whisky is since it doesn't have caramel at all

The cake was as asked. The packaging was not neat or presentable. The box does not enclose the cake completely. And when I complain the cashier told me that other customers are not complaining about it. We are different and we see things differently. I asked her to change the box for me and she rudely refused saying that it is how others collect their cakes. Their staff customer service is very bad.

My aunt ordered a cake and we went to collect on the day it was requested the cake was not ready; we were to collect the cake at 14:00 and we went there at 16:00 but still the cake was not ready and we asked for a refund as we were on our way to Limpopo….then we’re told to collect the cake at Pretoria on our way to Limpopo but that was not an option for us… later we got a call that they are apologising and and we must come get a standard cake for free, it was already 17:00 and were leaving to Limpopo already so we decided that we will go and collect the free cake on Tuesday as we were coming back from Limpopo on Monday, when my uncle went to collect the free cake on Tuesday he was then told that we would have gotten the free cake only on Friday and they could no longer give the compensation cake… my brother’s surprise birthday was ruined. as we were going to Limpopo to celebrate his birthday and we had to buy a standard cake, after all the cakes are expensive and they don’t keep their promises…,, the birthday celebration didn’t go ad planned as the cake was not done

Really Friendly People, And one of the best cakes I have ever tasted would highly recommend everyone looking for cakes to give them a try, You will defiantly not regret. If I could i would give them 10 Stars.

Great service 3rd time using them. And they deliver on time and professionally so.
