One of the few Guest houses which make you feel at home. Betty, the owner is very, welcoming, friendly, helpful, caring and always available to assist you. The rooms are quite spacious and parking is just infront of each room which is much safer and accessible. I had trouble finding the car entrance gate as the Guest house has 2 entrances on 2 different streets. While l was busy driving up an down, l met Betty who was driving on her way to the shops. She is the one who stopped me and asked if l needed assistance. I do not stay in Kimberly therefore l don't know the town very well. She was very kind and she drove in front of me to the correct gate. Bell lu Guest House goes an extra mile to ensure your'e comfortable and happy.
It's a comfortable guesthouse. There's fresh towels daily. Be advised that you may want to bring your own milk, coffee and/or tea well as sugar if you're an avid drinker of these.
Very warm place to stay in. The double rooms are large. Also there are the possibility to connect to a free wifi. Kind and friendly staff. Good service!
Berated me for not arriving in a car. Then chased me away for waiting outside because i had to leave early and wait for my colleagues
