All branches moved out ,, I don't know to which location.the one in Musgrave centre is closed, workshop closed, pavilion mall closed. So, where have you relocated to in Durban?

Still waiting in line for the past 2 hour's ,and mind you it's a 3rd tym I'm coming here first service they where very rude and when I tol them I only have a passport they said no bank uses a passport if you're a South African citizen you must do a temporary ID, I went and did as I was told came back with the temp ,now they tell me I can not use the temporary ID then today I'm here managed to get an ID ,and now I think it's his friend guy come cut the line and she give her paperwork from outside she goes inside and do what ever she was doing and gives the guy back and that the experience we having today. Bidvest Bank, The only bank that allowed me to have a savings account in South Africa . Best service, good people and fantastic bank.

Very bad customer service ...will never go there again.

Very slow service waited over 2 hours to be served. Not friendly.

Wasted trip. Very rude and useless staff.

Tired to be asked proof of adress all the time.
