I would give them a zero if I could, I have never been so appalled as I am right now. So the back story is that my dealership rented a car for me from Europcar while they were repairing my car. I asked Europcar to deliver the car to me because I was working and could not collect the car. A driver delivered the car but did not do a complete inspection of the car, we did not inspect the inside of the car and because I was in between meetings, I failed to pick up that we did not check the spare wheel. After a couple of days, I realised that the spare wheel was not in the car, I tried contacting them to explain the situation but they are insinuating that I sold the spare wheel. I feel scammed by Europcar and taken advantage of because I am a woman! Now I have to pay for a spare wheel that was not even in the car, they probably sold it on their way to my place, also note that I have been requesting to see the inspection report but they are refusing to show it to me!
The service was superb, And deposit was refunded within within a week
Best service every time when I am there...mostly Aubrey and Ntate Patrick. They always have their finger on the pulse. Well done gentlemen, keep it up!!

Disappointing, took my father’s money and they don’t want to give it back, bunch of scammers, we call everyday to try and sort it out but the customer service is very poor… just pay back the money
