The ladies at the front desk have absolutely no regard or an ounce of respect for their clients. This is the second time I am dealing with them. They are rude and disrespectful and have no telephone etiquette or customer service. They overcharged me on deposit and they blamed the card saying because it's a debit card and not a credit card, what nonsense. The first time I had a nasty experience with them and let it pass, because i thought it was merely miscommunication. But today I have had to say something. I would not recommend Europcar to anyone.
Very low on integrity when it comes to the way they deal with clients. They will look for a sneaky reason to not refund you. A colleague of mine had a similar negative experience with them. I have requested my insurance to never connect me with Europcar again. Also, we waiting almost an hour for a car we booked in the morning. Very poor service.
Booked a car for 13H00 today to use while my car is being repaired. My wife was sitting waiting for them, and they did not even show up. When I phoned, they where to busy to help me. I had to Waite for them to call me back. NO service at all.

Had an ok experience renting a car here. They moved locations across the street, looks a lot better now, just needs more seating inside for waiting.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. Employees were not wearing uniforms, so returning my car was made unnecessarily time -consuming, because I had to go into the offices to request assistance. There were only 3 clients present in the offices, however, I waited approximately 40 minutes before being helped.
Went to get a car that was booked a day in advance and waited for more than 30 minutes while the car was being prepared. Earlier in the day they refused to give me car because I had booked it for 12pm while car were outside ready for those that booked them. When it was out turn to get a car, it was not ready!!! So much for their service.
Worst service I experienced today 27 November 2021 at Hatfield branch. Very slow service and not enough staff available. Car provided smelled like smoke previous user smoked in car and it was not cleaned. Not used to this bad service. Need to up your game.
