I placed my order, the ring was shipped pretty much immediately, and it arrived the next day. Incredible service from Ana, who even agreed to replace the ring after I realised it was too small. My experience with Big Dog Steel was nothing short of magical. I ordered a septum ring from them on a Saturday and by Tuesday morning, I had the most beautifully wrapped package with the most beautiful septum ring in it delivered to my house almost 200km away from their shop. The quality of the septum ring is incredibly high. Its clicker works well and smoothly. The stones and their setting are superb. I can't wait to wear it out!
