Rudest staff i have experienced. At 16 17 the staff told me i should come back tomorrow because they are closed. Trading hours are till 16 30. At 16 11 rose told me she cant exhange or return the ring i bought in menlyn I should go back to menlyn Worst service. Dont waste your time or money in this store.

Worst experience I could have. I returned a ring for refund and after 3 weeks I am still struggling to get my money back. People eiter do not answer their phones and if they do you get told that the payment will be done in a weeks time. That has been going on for three weeks now... Also do yourself a favour and read the Hellopeter reviews on NWJ before considering them.
