My husband and I booked this accommodation to host our family and friends from all around the world for our wedding. The warm welcome, excellent service, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was highly appreciated by us all. Best guest house around eMalahleni. Very clean and their stuff is friendly.

Great breakfast, friendly and professional staff

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. My room was lovely, spacious and neat. The staff, friendly and helpful. I usually stay at the hotel near the highway when I'm in Emalahleni but my stay at Big5 was way better plus, it's great value for money. The only letdown was the parking area which is difficult to manoeuvre due to size.

What a lovely place, actually what a surprise in discovering this place. Comfortable rooms, friendly service and nice food. I also used their conference facilities, neat, tasteful with old world charm. The last day of training a 1 day course our business prepared for 14 people and 19 turned up as by word of mouth they heard about the lovely venue and catering. The guesthouse was willing to assist in accommodating all who arrived. AND THEN, the gem of Anneli's tea garden on the same premises. Beautiful decor and more decor, to get lost in. What a feast for the eyes. Most delicious cakes to choose from. It was so nice that I had to order a cake to take home after my visit.

Enjoyed staying at Big 5 Guesthouse. It is amazing how much space each room has. We had a warm and comfortable stay there. The rooms were neat and clean and I loved thatRooms: 4/5

This is definitely one of the most amazing guesthouses I've ever been to. The scenery is everything. If you are a lover of nature, then this place is for you!! The fact that nature was incorporated into the designs makes it even more amazing. Moreover, it has a comfortable and "homey" feel to it. I would certainly recommend it to my family and friends..and I would certainly come back here again. Big5 Guesthouse? Top tier!!

The most professional helpful staff you can ever dream of, arranging a full wedding in 4h00 from cake, chapel favors, flowers, confetti, cake, table dressings , sit down menu, Photo Booth, cocktails on arrival and bridal room with snacks and drinks !!! We’ve been in the wedding game for more than 10 years ourselves and these people blew our minds completely . You cannot fault them in any way. Thanx so much to every one making my sons wedding so special with such sort notice . Every bit a master peace and every step a true memory and dram come true THANX AGAIN 7star Nothing less

Very nice accommodation, just a lot of traffic and noise from staff members moving around the room and talking very loudly nearby. But otherwise excellent location, safe parking and generally felt safe and comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
