The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, the kitchen staff not so much, I found them surly and very noisy.  Rooms are fine and the surroundings very neat, it would be great if electric blankets were available in winter.  Breakfast with real coffee is good.Rooms: 4/5

Excellent place !!!! , we arrived at 10 PM very late for South Africa, they allowed us to check out later the day after because they saw that we were very tired. this type of actions make customers very happy I am very happy the staff is very friendly, the place is beautiful and everything very calm .. I recommend 100% this place ... Thank again  for your understanding and kindness.  I would like to say that the receptionist who was in charge that night I don't remember her name was extremely kind ... thanks for your help
