It was one of the best venues we visited this year.The management and the staff were so friendly and treated us as V.I.P's Rooms: Neat and attractive. Safety: The gate is controlled by the admin and the wall haveelectric fence. Walkability: Most shops are in a walking distance.
I was very disappointed with bella bonnie , we booked the honeymoon suite, walking in the room looked okay. But the bathroom didn’t have any hand washes no soaps or anything , the lady working in the morning was very rude she gave me a dirty cloth to clean the bath tub with. The service is ridiculous. We had no kettle there was only 1 cup in the room. Def not going back. Feel like i wasted my money could have gone somewhere else
Terrible and over priced. Our bathroom had a sewerage smell. We paid R800 for no breakfast. Some rooms in our group didn’t have showers the honeymoon suite, the receptionist gave us a dirty rug to clean the tub in the honeymoon suite. Two bathrooms didn’t have windows. Just a waste of money.Rooms: 1/5
Poor customer service, their blanket are too old and have holes.. their tv remotes they don't have batteries. They use the 1930s oil heaters which are not even hot.. I spent a week there feeling cold every night.
Great place overall but they are neglecting crucial details - broken cisterns on the two bathrooms i've seen, inadequate air conditioning in the conference room. Unfortunately such things ruin the experience of the guests.
Once slept there with my family. The place is beautiful, clean and neat. However the let down is the customer care, staff at the reception were very unfriendly. I must say my experience reception personnel has been amongst the worst I ever encountered.
. It was horrible.. From staff to the extremely cold rooms.. I checked out at 2am because it felt like i was sleeping outside with no blankets... The heater was not working, there was no blanket, beds are old and hard, even the so called decoration was so old... Wow.. Im dissapointed .i will never visit this place ever again
The place is expensive. The Wifi was no connection, the geyser is too small, if your neighbour is bathing then you can't use hot water. The tv doesn't have etv or any channels
Excellent reception and friendly staff. Backup silent diesel generator in case of power-failure. Spacious rooms.
The place is nice and clean but the service is bad, the receptionist did not understand English, the breakfast served was bad wilted tomatoes, the eggs looked liked they were cooked yesterday, the mince meat was too oily....in overall it wasn't appetizing at all.in our room only one towel was available while we were two...price wasn't worth it
