The service was fast and very helpful staff members

Well... quite long quees and I got no help of what I went there for, so disappointed infact.

This wasn't as bad as you think, this was actually a very fast service even at the time I went. I was 126th in the line and still I was out of the SARS office within 2 hours. They were organized and didn't feel like I wasn't a priority.

Waited more than 2 hrs to be helped... Went with my mom as the query was with her tax.... She is a pensioner and has a bad back... Had to sit and wait so long with the car outside in the sun and my mom with her sore back... Even though they said we were in the pensioner que.... Very disgusted....

I drove to SARS Witbank on Thursday 7th February 2019 to drop off a sealed letter with MY UPDATED DETAILS, as my email was returned, undelivered! I was told I could not put my letter into the box and that I had to go stand in the queue. Disappointing. We were expecting an electrician at the house. i will have to resort to snail mail, by posting the letter

On Monday 18 December 2017 I submitted returns on behalf of my husband. I was assisted by teller number 11 who was very helpful. I submitted the POA which she checked and verified. I was told that I was to submit the medical aid documents as an audit would be done. On Tuesday 19 December 2017 I returned to SARS Witbank with the relevant documents. I explained at reception that I was back due to a query. Once again I was given a number which said IT returns. I was assisted by teller no. 1. First of all she wanted to know why I did not tell the person at reception that I was back due to a query. I explained that I did. Secondly she told me that the POA was incorrect due to the fact that I cannot be a witness when my husband was giving me the POA. Thirdly I tried to explain to her that I needed advise on the medical aid submissions. She explained this to me. My complaint is that her attitude towards me made me feel, at this stage, that I was some type of criminal. Her attitude towards me was rude and aggressive. I am of the impression that these consultants are there to provide a pleasant service and be more approachable. I was very upset with her but decided not to make a scene. I feel that this type of attitude is unacceptable. It would be appreciated if you please make SARS personnel aware that they could at least try to be more approachable.

They have saved me nice and the staff they are a good people,they can solve your problem good and nice.

Nice and order place but am suggesting wifi for customers while busy queuing please that can be much greater

Quick service i was assisted in less than 10 minutes of my arrival

We went yesterday to witbank SARS their service is 100 % not like SARS in Pretoria north we went there on Monday and Tuesday its useless to go there the service there is poor and the people working there rude so thanks alot to the lady that helped us yesterday and thanks to your great service witbank sars
