This surgical day clinic is well organised, theatre was on time and the admission was fairly smooth. The treatment received was of high standard - all staff was friendly from the security at the gate right up to the ward staff. Thank you
What an incredible surgical centre... I cannot put in words how wonderful the staff were.. My son went in for grommets.. Everyone was so attentive, friendly and informative it left me knowing my son was in very good hands. They say.. When you love what you do, you'll never work a day in ur life.. U all show such passion and love for ur jobs. Thank u!
had a great experience today with blood being taken..x rays done and sonar done..all 3 procedures and reception documentation was done with so much care.!! everything!! !! and i did not have to wait 5 hours..you guys are awesome and friendly staff ! professional !! clean !! thank you. I had a hand operation on the 2nd March and from my doctor, all staff from ward to theatre, were awesome. They are caring, friendly & so much more. Thankyou so much Deirdré
Absolute worst experience ever. They request that you pay cash to avoid paying tax, you may not get quote or invoice or anything before hand in order to ensure you and the medical does not pay them twice. The receptionist will even call you by wrong names out of spite. You may only pay and hope you will receiving something in return. Stay far far away from them!
This clinic really impressed me From admin staff to theatre staf, nursing staff in ward and dr H Burger and Dr Stander- everyone was friendly, professional and caring. Facilities clean and even smells fresh and clean. Recommend to use this facility
Thank you, reception was helpful, friendly, so was the two nurses and anesthetist. Pre-op and post. Clean place and comfortable. One worries if we go on a NHS here in ZA such places will fall into disrepair.
Today i wnet in for surgery. Was nervous and afraid . The staff at Birchmed was very accommodating and so helpfull and sweet . After I came out of theater they stayed with me and handled me with the best care. I could not asked for better service . Thank you to everyone at Birchmed Surgical Centre.
Had a eye procedure here three days ago and I must say the treatment received by staff was of a high quality. Would certainly recommend this place to all and sundry . A special mention to Sister Lorraine, a total gem who went the extra mile
