I have 4 blackviews. Every one - same.  Great phone.  Then roughly after around the same ammount of time microphone bombs out.  Then phone doesn't connect nicely to net work.  Then I have to plug in head phones/mic to use it.  Then I get fed up with trying to connect/juggle headphone and mic.  Ask to see what repairs will take, takes to long.  Buy another, and around I go again.  4 phone all with crapped out mics.  I give up.  The mic is clearly a weak point on these "rugged phone".

I called them as I needed a last minute gift for my son. They were very helpful and had everything ready and waiting when I went to go and collect it. The staff at Blackview are excellent.

I purchased a Blackview Tab 8 10.1" 64GB LTE Tablet in late 2021, used it less than ten times, now in early 2023 it struggles to charge when it does and does not accept the SD card that was in there from the start. Warranty is gone so I am stuck with a lemon

Ordered a phone from Hong Kong. Never arrived. Was told by Blackview that it is my problem

Good quality rugged smartphone with all the features you want and need. But comparing the phone with the people who works at Blackview Sa is not possible. They actually out perform most customer service centre's I've had the pleasure of fighting with. I bought a brand new rugged smartphone from them not 5 days ago, on day 4... Screen smashed. That's just me, I do that kind of thing and not on purpose. People always think I'm making a joke when I tell them that wire cutters and especially screw drivers break inside my pockets every now and then, until they see it for real. Don't ask, I don't know why or how. I stopped asking those questions long ago. So for a phone to survive my average work day takes a  special kind of toughness. Never the less, the inevitable happened and I went back expecting a lekker fight because of the short duration I had it and now the screen is busted. They are a busy bunch at BVSA, fully booked for a week in advance with repairs, and yet the brilliant staff made a way for me and helped me straight away to get my phone repaired so I can get to work and back in action. Well done guys and girl, I went there expecting to fight, instead you guys made me laugh and gave me a outstanding service. I will return with rugged phone nr 1, the one that lasted longer than any other phone out there. Can't let it die like this,. Will have to see if it can be saved. That was was one tough little basted, I used it as a hammer once and couldn't even scratch the screen. Ok but you didn't hear nothing ne, can't tell the phone suppliers what I did once. They will sell me a long stick with a toilet brush taped to the end next time I need a phone with my shenanigans. So, In short. Great product, most excellent aftermarket service. And FYI, new screen on the 6600 pro with flir heat vision, soos daai Predator movie vir julle wat nou nie weet nie, daai bra wat die mense so afslag en soos biltong ophang en droog sien met so heat move sy prooi , labour and VAT, all totalled out at R1100. Don't know where some reviews gets totals thats totally not total. Ok, now I'm confusing myself, better get out wile I can
