To sum up the BMW experience: "You get what you pay for". Premium buying experience
Would be 5 but as a receptionist is the first impression of your company this reception lady shouldn't be called receptionist as she just answer and send call . cant call service manager send you to service advisors . its her job as receptionist to call . sleeping on her arm . twice don't get me started on if i call in . great staff under qualified receptionist
I am very disappointed with BMW Pietermaritzburg specifically the sales rep, Vinesh. I purchased a BMW x5 in December last year and I was promised 4 BMW jackets for my entire family as gifts. After numerous calls, false promises, wrong sizes, getting "lost" in courier and outsourcing from different BMW companies . I only received 3 and to date hereof, 6 months after purchase of the vehicle, I am always lied to that the outstanding jacket is coming soon. A mere gift takes so long to be delivered. The manager Simpiwe, has not to date hereof followed up if I have received my jackets despite guaranteeing me I would receive shortly after purchase.If someone has to purchase a vehicle I can only imagine what bad service they would get from Vinesh Govender and BMW Pietermaritzburg. I would not recommend BMW Pietermaritzburg nor buy a vehicle from them again.
Staff great very professional need to get new reception person not very helpful then a 5 star
Very slow service from consultants and couldn't get what I was looking for from Sales department. Also not pleased with there car wash, vehicle still had mud stuck under tyer arms.

On a Sunday afternoon drive, we sometimes visit the BMW dealership to see if there are any new, interesting models sitting on the display floor. Anybody can visit for free, spend about 5 - 10 minutes browsing the vehicles. You could spot your next purchase there too!
If I could rate a minus 5,I would without hesitation.terrible service.pushed around to every department jus to get a price to service my vehicle.eventually when the guy at the spares department answers,only 2 tell me he will call me back.why the he'll make someone hold the lone only for the person to hear u will return the call? Pathetic
Very pleasant experience.
Service is excellent. Staff are knowledgeable and polite. Good experience.
