Hands down the best biltong in the UK. I have tried & continue to try other brands/producers whenever I get the opportunity & I can honestly say time after time Bob’s biltong is by far the best. Thank you!
Retail store, specialising in South African products. Various food and drink commercial items, and biltong and boerewors. The latter is great for a barbecue. Open Monday to Saturday, 9.00-5.00. Parking available. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Has a quite a few of the SA products that you will maybe want but a bit pricey. Not a big store and not a big variety. You can see on the internet what sa products are available there before you go and visit the shop. Otherwise it's very pleasant to visit and to look around.
Gavin and his colleagues are always welcoming, polite and friendly. It's lekker to have a taste of the motherland so close by.
This was my first visit and will definitely not be my last. I met Bob and his great team and left with two different packs of boerewors some wet and fatty biltong and some drywors and was really impressed with the price. The biltong was very good and well flavoured and the traditional drywors had a great texture and satisfying taste. The boerewors has the traditional South African flavours and texture was perfect. I highly recommend Bob's Biltong to lovers of traditional South African food and flavours. Well done Bob keep up the great work see you soon.
Both my Dad and I have a phrase "Always trust Bobs". The chilli sticks are immense and great value for money compared to the supermarket packets of jerky / biltong. been buying from here few years now, never once has it failed me. Good customer service, amazing food and prompt deliveries.
Always good service and friendly chatter at bobs. My husband and I met bobs son today who like a true South African helped us with our car and then refused payment. Baie dankie.
Absolutely amazing biltong, chilli sticks and so many other amazing products to choose from. A South African friend who now lives in the UK has also tried Bob's biltong / chilli sticks and said they're the best he's ever had. ..even better than those he has tried in South Africa ,lekker !!
