The coffee quality is great and the supplements are also top-notch. However, in order to become a member and gain access to these items, you must first be referred by another member. This helps to maintain the vibe and atmosphere of the shop. In addition to the great coffee and supplements, the staff are the friendliest you'll ever meet. They truly care about their customers and make sure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable. It's a fantastic spot for socializing and hanging out with friends. Looks like a great place but was deeply disappointed by Tom at the front desk. He had an awful attitude and did not look the slightest bit interested in having us there. A smile and some politeness at the front desk goes a long way...

It's a community where everyone is family. Ewald is the best, super professional and treats everyone like they're part of the Tiny Town family. Marnus and Stefan really make you feel welcome, they ensure you enjoy your stay, they take care of your needs and go the extra mile when comes to being the best hosts in Gauteng and will give great advice on attaining the right equipment and looking after your best interest as part of their family. I would definitely go back and enjoy their great products and enjoy the most delicious food in Pretoria. Well done! See ya soon
