The Mazzone family, founders of BICCCS, come from a long line of artisanal Italian Ice cream producers and bakers. Today, cousins Claudio and Michele continue the Italian family restaurant tradition and offer freshly baked bread and pastries, home made ice cream and a wide range of Italian meals.

During the day, BICCCS is a relaxed cafe, and (soon coming) at night it transforms into a cozy trattoria.

BICCCS has the best croissant in Pretoria and excellent coffee. The chocolate custard twist is pretty awesome as well. Highly recommended. Furniture needs a revamp...... plenty of parking. Great for a Sunday brunch.

Always good yet relaxed service.  Good venue to sit down and catch up on some emails.  Staff and service is consistent with on-site baked breads and pastries.  Good venue for informal business meetings.  Coffee is great, prices reasonable.

Real hidden gem. The coffee here is on my top 3 list for the Pretoria area and they have something that I have not found anywhere else which is peanut butter gelatto.. It's THE BEST gelatto I've ever had. They also make bread and roast chicken but supply is limited and ut sells out fast. Not a place to take kids to play but rather to go have meaning conversations or read a good book.

Poor service and very disappointing food. Ingredients were substituted without warning or explanation. Asked for soft eggs but got hard and dry ones. Got cheese grillers instead of salciccia. Wraps without hummus.  Would not recommend.

Awesome milkshakes, free wi-fi and a small but very nice bakery make this a very good place to have a cup of coffee and something sweet. Or a full meal even. I'll be back!

Great retro Italian feel and pleasant service. The pastries are my favorite but unfortunately the lamb dish was not up to standard though.

Extremely professional staff. I'm new to fine dining but I really enjoyed the experience, I would definitely to go back for more & recommend without any reservations

Very cool coffee shop with free wifi and great milkshakes, huge variety too. Authentic Italian owned in the pretty suburb of Waterkloof.

Always the best food and best ice cream. Great staff and very helpful. No dinner place though.

The best Italian pasta and a friendly Italian  owner and excellent chef.  No frills place to spend a Sunday for lunch.
