The coffee was good, but you need to wait longer for your order but its worth it. the croissant sandwich was so delicious. and i got free dog treat. Need more shelves for products because its just lay on the floor, need an interior design work.

Enjoyed a quiet December 26th morning here, friendly staff and cozy environment. Drip coffee comes in light, medium, dark roast~ very fancy, had the fruit parfait, its berries sauce makes me want to order a second one. our experience was very suiting for Christmas~ except parking can be kinda hectic, do recommend when driving by flagstaff.

I was highly disappointed in this place. I have stopped by several times since it has opened and the coffee was good, the staff knowledgeable, and courteous. The female staff there today just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. No smile, didn't know what kid of roast she had in store. When I asked for the whiskey barrel aged beans she told me she didn't have any in store. Wow what kind of place doesn't have their own beans especially since they roast it on site! I ordered a honduran pour over with raw sugar. Again she let me know after the fact that there was no raw sugar. Please find someone that cares about coffee and customers.

My husband and I stopped at Matador for a couple iced coffee drinks and a bagel before heading out for our day. Service was great, drinks were large, and the bagel was toasted with plenty of cream cheese. Very welcoming coffee shop.

In town visiting and stopped for a refuel of caffeine in the am. Cute cozy place with a smaller outer building for a drive through option. The inside had limited seating but most orders were to go so no biggie there. Good breakfast sandwiches and grab and go options like scones for a quicker checkout. Most options for coffee available from ice mochas to cappuccino’s. Friendly staff and good location. Cheers!!

The espresso is consistently top notch but I just found out today their prices changed, I guess because they aren't immune to inflation. Go if you like espresso tho, absolutely. Their beans have great flavor. Even decaf.Food: 5/5

Super friendly and quick staff! Has a great vibe and tasty coffee. Bulletproof was my favorite, but that thin mint was also a close 1st.

PSA to customers: I ordered a yogurt parfait when I didn't have time to make breakfast. The menu says "yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and granola." Sounds fine. But then they pull out a tub of great value strawberry flavored yogurt, a tub of sugary syrup mixed berries to dollop on top. I almost said never mind, but the person making my food left it on the counter in the process of making it and then talked to his co-worker for about ten minutes before returning to make it and hand it to me. I know that restaurants use bad quality food to save costs, and then charge more to the customer... that's expected. But I couldn't even eat this giant cup of sugar. Just be honest about what it is on the menu, and I wouldn't have wasted my money I guess?

Very fast service and good quality espresso. I got a latte and my partner got a Macchiato. Both cups had notes of sweetness. This coffee shop knows how to make a great cup. I would go here again.
