I had terrible service there. Wrong prices on display but different when you get to the till and when querying about it you're totally ignored, no supervisor or manager called. To think that was my first time ever at the shop lol defo not going back. This store deserves a -5 star

Truly speaking I didn't expect the place to be so clean and organised. I'm impressed. Tellers doing their job not busy chatting about local news or personal lives. Guys keep up your good job.

Today I was dazzled by Ndilisa Puye from Boxer Njoli. She began with a warm friendly greeting and then proceeded to explain their combos and how they work. We asked if she was happy with the treatment by her seniors and she had positive feedback about management which she explained how that has made coming to work pleasant. I also asked her for a cashback which she politely told me that she didn't have cash but she didn't leave it at that but asked around and referred me to the till that will be able to assist. After all my shopping she took her time to underline the value of the voucher I've received and when it'll start being active. I would like to thank her changing the negative perception that we usually have of cashiers and thank her for not looking down on the people in the township. You are a STAR. Management please recognize.

For a change, I walked into your store and I must say I was impressed with the looks and the cleanliness of your store because my experience with the Brand is to say the least, was dirty and very smelly with expired products on the shelves clearly pointing to the fact that there was a lack of supervision etc in Sterkspruit around 2012-13 As a result I've never bought anything at your stores because of that awful experience.

Wow! What a pleasure to do your shopping there, it's nice big supermarket. Everything is packed nicely , easy to access items. I'll go there again definitely .

They locked us outside the gate raining or not while the drivers of jikeleza were doing as they pleased as if they own boxer their service was very slow the securities were very rude.There was a time I had to stand for 2hours just to go to the Pharmacy
