Okay so this isn't really about the store per say. I orederd lots of stuff online. 3 weeks ago. After one week I started wondering where it was. Their number just went to voice mail. Then later on I was able to get through to the number on their website and was told that it would be that day day 11 since order. Then nothing happend. Phoned the next day and was promised feedback later. Nothing happend. I phoned two more times in the following week and was never called back as promised. I have sent emails. Unanswered. I have never had such comple and utter rubbish service from a company. Don't ever order online. They have no clue what they are doing. And it's a shame because their merchandise is really good. Just go to the store and get what you want. Never ever order online because it gets shipped from PE by horse and wooden waggon or maybe on foot. Just a big red no.
Nice stock in store. Just need a little more variation on pillow inners. Prices are not too bad considering the quality you getting

Really nice shop, lots of different curtains to linen to choose from! don’t have very much ‘in fashion’ items but very good general bedroom items to choose from. Staff was super friendly and very informative was so nice to be helped to quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic service like in the good old days- on two different instances. I was really impressed. We dealt with one white, one black, one coloured and one Indian lady - service equally good from all of them.
Absolutely shocked by the service! The PE branch never has stock and the "they" say 'we have at our warehouse which is also in PE we can have it here by Monday'. Come Monday, come Tuesday 'sorry we had stock arrive from a shop that was ment to open, we busy sorting that stock out, they also dont have the size' all am hearing is EXCUSES and no solutions!
