Shocking service today. There was only 1 teller manning the tills, Patience, and her colleague was nowhere to be seen. A queue was forming, and a customer at the front attempted to get Patience's attention, however she was counting slips from the petrol attendants. I spotted another teller at the back having a phone call, and the customer state said teller had been playing on a tablet prior for the longest time. I attempted to get the attention of the teller, but she wandered off into an office now having a conversation on her phone. I understand Patience wad the only person manning all station, however her alleged team member does not balue service given her extremely coarse and unbecoming behaviour.

Absolutely pathetic service! Attendants standing around during peak hour chatting away and ignoring queues of cars waiting to fill up! A problem with the system is to blame. Surely this can be communicated to customers!

Always had good forecourt and convenient store/Express shop service. Neat and well maintained. Friendly staff, fresh food. Conveniently located just off the on/offramps on the N1 at William Nicol. There's another on the opposite side of the road.

I filled up my on Wednesday 03/08/2022 when petrol was supposed to have gone down. However only after I checked my bank statement I saw that I actually paid about R150 MORE. It is more than I paid the last time petrol went up. I took photos of the actual slip afterwards. Can someone from BP explain why I paid MORE after the petrol price went down. Thank you

The most useless petrol station. Never get service unless you park right in front of the shop. The petrol attendants don't care and won't help you. This is about the 5th time I've tried to fill up. Waited 10 minutes and left without getting service.

Disgusting service. Sat for 15 minutes while the attendants sat in the cubicle talking. Had to flash lights and hoot to get their attention. Highly disappointed and won't use your garage again.

Very friendly staff... They even helped me when my car overheated. This was even on a day that I was not their customer. They where simply a spot for me to pull into. I go there often to fill up and to this day in about 3yrs that I've been going there I have no complaints.

Great service. Staff is always smiling and having a joke about almost everything. Very friendly and helpful. Love the positive attitude from the petrol attendant.

Pretty busy fuel station. This is your last chance to fuel up before you hit the N1 highway. Service is quick and convenient. If you need snacks pop into the store there. In need of cash? dont worry there are a couple of ATMs there as well
