Witkoppen Car Spa located at / within the Sasol petrol station on Witkoppen Drive.  Since the upgrade of the car wash they now have 2 additional wash bays making a total of 4 wash stations which means no waiting for other cars due to the efficient turn around time.  With ample staff working and the additional wash bays they are extremely quick and efficient.  They have a new waiting area / rest area / seating area with ample shade and lots of benches.

Wonderful experience. Aknowledgement from owner to staff.  And staff are oh so pleasant

Such friendly service  from the attendant it made my day!

My son had a puncture and asked the attendants to assist him as he was not sure how to change the wheel , he was told management did not allow them to assist in changing flat wheels on vehicles , he was also told he may not leave the vehicle there while he went to get assistance , is this the service one is going to get at a petrol station and is this the attitude to be expected. I have never heard of anyone receiving such poor service form a filling station , where one would expect to be assisted. A Sasol giving such poor service should close down. I see there are may bad reviews and they don't  seem to care.

I wanted a patrol for R200 95 on the 31st December 2022 and I paid but still remained with 1 bar for patrol..That patrol attendant robbed me

Most unhelpful staff in the forecourt - eyes get rolled when you ask them to clean the windows. Twice they have put incorrect fuel in car. Rather drive a little further to the Total in Douglasdale where you get great service with a smile... and fab coffee at Mugg & Bean

It was so easy and efficient to purchase gas on the coldest weekend. We saw the board of the best bunny chow. We tried it out the next nighttoday...it did not disappoint us at all. Value for money. Staff was also helpful and friendly.

Friendly and professional petrol attendants who always add that little extra in their service.  There's also an ATM facility at this stop which is always a help.  The convenience store is always well stocked and I'm always greeted with a smile.  Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance to the store, however the store itself is quite small so one may struggle in the isles. I'm not aware of a public bathroom here, only one for the employees.

The best fuel attendants

Terrible service, I am currently waiting for service no one is bothering to come fill my tank. Is the station under staff, well I don't think so because petrol attendants keep passing me. Its not the first time experiencing such as they talk more than work. I asked for a sanitizer and the gentleman said go fetch it. Will I come back here, I doubt it
