Total - Bryanston Service Station

I had an awful experience last night at the hands of one of your petrol attendants - Ayanda. Despite the chaos at the service station, he had me move my vehicle 3 times into three different stations and then insisted I turn my car around so that the tank was on the side of the pump this despite the fact that I was in two different queues where this was the case! He then proceeded to assist the person behind me, effectively allowing her to jump the queue. I got out my car to address it and was given a mouthful by the madam who felt entitled to go ahead of me. The unfair, arrogant and racist manner in which I was treated was absolutely appalling and my family and I will NEVER be back.

I must say that the service at the this garage is very satisfying and excellent especially the petrol attendants and cashiers, pity I can not say the same with their food from thier kitchen, on the 18 May 2022 I bought pap and chicken and it was sooo terrible, the chicken was dry and tasteless. VERY DISAPPOINTED NB: this excludes Mugg and Bean.

Recieved the absolute best service from Total on Hobart Rd. Never in my life have I experienced astonishing service from any garage. My first time there. I will only support you guys. The guy behind the counter at pies. Think he might be the manager. You are one hell off a warm hearted person. And the lady at the tills. Wow..... your friendliness will definitely get you far. Your kindness was welcoming. Felt at home. You guys ROCK!!!! DEVIN

First time I went I was absolutely amazed. I was offered if wanted to maybe get some refreshments in the shop while I was getting my car filled. And then the cherry on top I was asked if I had any rubbish/papers in my car that the attendant could throw away for me. And even better I got free wash and go because I spent more then R600.00 Well Done Total Hobart

You order food from this Mugg and Bean and never get what you order from Uber eats. We cannot accept client service to work like this. Fist you promise to deliver treats to us for free because there was a mistake an today when I contacted them they dont have a car to deliver. They haven't refunded my money as yet.

Adds you to SMS spam lists without consent, then repeatedly ignores opt-out requests. I started receiving SMS spam from TOTAL after previously having given them my number when using the carwash downstairs from this station. Even though I've tried twice now to opt out as per instructions in their spam SMSes, I have now gotten a 3rd SMS spam message from them.

I just came from the garage now and I was told dat dey are closed. What are employees doing inside sleeping if they are closed? I ain't the garage supposed to be 24 hours?

Petrol attendants are always so friendly and on the ball with whatever you may need. Always leave with a smile on my face.

I went to fill my tank and apparently the card machine did not go through and had to do a second transaction still waiting for a reversal, this is plain outright theft as my money has not returned into my account and seems i would need to contact the police
