Great shop inside, love the Sandwiches and the Seattle Coffee to get my day started the right way!
I'm a man of focus, commitment and sheer will. I stopped and filled up my mustang. Staff were friendly and efficient. Got some dog food and a pencil at the convenience store. Well stocked and maintained. Staff friendly. Place was great. I recommend this place. Tell them John Wick sent you.
Your staff is sleeping and my coffee is Cold. Have to stand outside the shop after 10pm at night. Don't mind. But not if service slow and they sleeping. Cold as hell.
Don't bother with the shop after 9pm. They lock the doors and you can only purchase what you can see from the window.
Very poor service. They expect you to wait for them to finish their admin work before you are served. Rented a trailer and the only person dealing with it was taking readings from the pumps and tanks and someone who seemed to have been a manager, who was taking readings of the pumps told me to wait until they're finished...
Received great service from the petrol attendants yesterday. Stopped there to put some diesel and the battery died when I switched the car off. They helped me get the car started by jumping with one of their cars and went out of their way to make sure I was safe. Thank you Fresh Stop Cambridge
Friday evening 20h00 hours and I need to fill up and get some snacks as I am hitting the road at 4 am tomorrow morning. I don’t know why I keep coming to this service station as it has shocking service . It has been this way for years. I was not even asked if I wanted to check tyre pressures, so I did it myself . When my wife came back from the shop, she related the sort of how items had been double scanned . She picked up on the error from the conversation behind the counter from the tellers. When she asked for the slipI need it for work the wrong slip has handed over . When this was queried the correct slip was handed over , compleat with the double scanned items . Now this is not the first time this has happened to me. A few weeks ago, my Seattle coffee order was also double scanned . Seams a little more than a coincidence . I will be contacting the management on Monday soon my return. Best to avoid this stop and find somewhere else to spend your hard earned cash . There are service stations in the area that make stopping for this mundane task a pleasure and they will be getting my , and my companies business for this day forward .
I don’t understand how companies can employ people with such horrible attitudes! Sian the cashier with short hair has disgusting manners and not only was she rude to me, but the person who was in the queue in front of me. Anyone who wants poor service, pop in here, everyone else, keep driving
Asked for fuel and to fill tyre pressure at the garage. The atrociously rude attendant, McMillan, walked away mid sentence as if he was irritated with my request. When I called him back to explain I want to also fill tyre pressure and clean windows, he seemed to think it's appropriate to get aggressive with customers for no reason. The attendant then started to argue and rant, even trying to imitate me, when I asked for the managers details. Hope the owner doesn't condone this sort of behaviour when customers spend almost R1000 at a time and expect basic service which all the other garages give.
I came here 03:45, they were no where to be found. I couldn't even get inside
