Each time I go there to have my car washed they make you wait. The guys take their time and only assist when it suits them. No rush especially when there are no cars being washed before mine. Again, today I went to have my car washed and their first priority was to wash their 5+ bins. Made me wait over 10 minutes. Constantly looking at me though but no communication whatsoever. Once they washed my car I waited outside for it to be cleaned on the inside. Again, no rush and the one gentleman kept walking away. I left with a half washed car on the outside and its still dusty and dirty on the inside. I am extremely irritated once again. I will never go there again.

Great car wash service! Staff friendly and always attentive to detail with your car :

No order whatsoever. If you’re not sitting in your car in the queue staring at the attendants with a sour face you won’t be prioritized - despite there being a queue. I paid and left my car in the queue and left my keys and slip in the box that the attendant pointed out to me. They obviously took advantage of the fact that I was reading a book at the table there to let 4 vehicles bypass mine. Almost two hours later only were they done with my car. A tiny i10. After another lady with her baby noticed what was going on and called them out on it. Pathetic slow service. We want to support businesses that are closest to us in our area but it’s things like this that make us go elsewhere.

I would like management to use the cameras to investigate if one of your employees are at fault or not. Aifheli poured in petrol for me last night but broke the lock of my petrol cap so that I couldn't close the petrol cap or remove my key. It was jammed. He managed to open it so it makes sense he broke it otherwise he wouldn't have been able to open it. He refuses to take responsibility/ownership. We had to completely break open the lock to get my key so that I could start my car. I would like immediate assistance because who must pay for a new one?

I was very upset yesterday, 26 July 2021. I always have my car washed there around 17.20 in the afternoon. Yesterday drove in. And the staff member came to me not saying, sorry we are closed already, immediately saying that I am going to do you a huge favour... sorry I pay to have my car washed, I do not want it free. Then when I said you do not do me a favour, I pay for it and will take my business somewhere else, then he can shout and say NO, NO, I will help you. Sorry. I am a paying customer, we use your garage to fuel up, all services there. If you are closed say so, do not say I will do you a huge favour. I tried to get you email to mail you re this but could not find the email address. Please inform me what is your car wash hours? I want to know why one week you help your customers after hours and then one day you get an arrogant staff that is not willing to help or do you a HUGE favour if you pay for it... I was not the only car there. There was still a wet car at the back that they were drying. I just wanted a wash and go.

Good petrol station

Very friendly service staff. Helpful and attentive. The station is kept neat and tidy with an atmosphere that is professional. Car wash is not very busy. Be mindful of cars using the station entrance as a shortcut to the shopping centre.

Very upset with this petrol station. On Monday night 12 July 2021 i was at the station to get petrol for my car. Afterwards ive noticed my indicater did not move at all. As if i didn't put in any fuel. On Wednesday the first day that o used my car again my cars petrol light came on. Wich i found strange and know instantly the attendant did not give me any petrol on Monday night. I went back to the garage and send an email with my slip up to now i still don't know what's going on.

Been sitting waiting for 45 minutes for 2 cars to be washed. Only 1 person working on a Sunday pm. Second time I have been here and I will not com back. Last time a wash and go was over a hour. Service is ridiculous.

Why is the diesel price 21 cent more expensive here than the BP garage in William Nichol 2 kilometers dow the road
