Braudes Pharmacy

After listening to so many people what will help for cradle cap end result I huge breakout I felt hopeless helping my 2 months old baby. then the Holy spirit told me go to Braides Pharmacy never heard of them didn't know where they were. I went the elder gentleman helped me nicely gave me some liquid and ointments he repeatedly explain to me what to do. After 1 use I can see a difference and my daughter is peacefully tonight than other nights. Thank you very much for the great help and also the mixtures will recommend you to everyone .

Thé past week my eczema got out of control to a point where water was running out of it and I decided to visit the pharmacy. The pharmacist gave me something to take orally and I also got different ointments to apply. On the 3rd day I could see the difference and on the 5th day my eczema were gone and my skin were its white self again. I’m so grateful for their kind and good help. They will definitely see me again!!

Had a very bad experience today, so dissapointed in the service of the security guard 'champion' who questioned me and had no empathy for anyone but wants to be respected, my son had a fever for 2 days and as i called in earlier i was told to come see the nurse, when i came just after 4, he was questioning me like i felt ive done something wrong, so i left without seeing the nurse ,got some medication that had no effect on my son whatsoever, and have to spend more money now for the doctor, such a waste and very poor service

The Elderly guy pharmacist will be the downfall of this pharmacy, his lack of respect for clients is utterly disappointing, he speaks to you in such a demeaning tone and has absolutely no patience! I walked out with the incorrect medication as it has already been claimed to medical aid after asking him not to process unless he had confirmed the medication with me first, I was told that I was being difficult when I asked him to show me the medication as I did not want to take anything that I already had at home, SAD.

This pharmacy service is excellent. It is helpful and the layout is thoughtful. The staff are well prepared to treat the common illnesses during the seasons, example when it comes to cold's and flu then they have an cold's and flu combination pack. Each illness might be unique because we are all individuals, however the insight is good since it gives you peace of mind that the pharmacy is ready to see and serve your needs. I recommend this pharmacy. The hours are also beyond belief since the pharmacy is open till 22:00 at night.

Slowest service ever. Be prepared to wait. Or better, bring a camping chair along.

Very bad experience. I went to get some medication for my wife earlier. I showed the elderly pharmacist exactly what I need from my phone and he questioned what me about the medication I couldn't answer as it was for my wife. He then got very angry and ask me "what the hell?" Before walking away. Moments later he came back with everything I needed. This was very uncalled for and off putting. IL never go back to your pharmacy

Braudes is well know to the community of Athlone and have been around for years it has always been a go to pharmaceutical and thr staff are very helpful they also have a in house clinic that operate on certain days and they very organized. I have never been disappointed. So if u looking for a good pharmacy go to braudes.
