If I could give them 0 stars I would. Brinants service has gone from good to the worst one can ever get. I have been struggeling 3 days to get an issue sorted out with regards to bords on my premises. Even phoned one of the directors which asked me to phone him if issue was still not sorted out after 2 days. I have struggled the whole day to get hold of this person. Now I phoned the director on his cellphone only to be talked to like a child. This is the same attitude I am getting from there management at their head office. I gave them numerous chances to fix their mistakes which they did not want to do. I am done doing business with them.
I was so impressed for the service I received from Brinant Security tonight. Ou driver was in an attempted hijacking at Kalafong Hospital, i called Brinant and they responded quickly and escorted my driver to safety. Louis thanks for excellent service !
I understand that a Brinant security patroller refused to assist two ladies in The Willows area. The ladies were worried about some "suspicious loiterers" in their street while returning home in the dark. The ladies had driven around the block and noticed a Brinant patrol car. They asked to be escorted and were refused it on the basis that they were not Brinant customers. Eish!

They react even before you make a call to them. They are brave and care a lot. Thumbs up..
Had 2 experiences that left a bad taste in my mouth. 2 weeks later, after their suggestions, nothing has been adressed by them.
The last 10 days I receive no notifications when the alarm was activated or deactivated. Alarm went of twice in the last 2 days but not call to here if I am still alive. Quick to follow up when you must pay but slow on reaction time when your life can be in danger.
I requested a quote from Brinant and after 2 weeks of following up, such a tedious exercise in just finalizing a contract with them. In the end I went with @ADT , our least preferred however such a great response from ADT. I will give them a 5-star in comparison ' lower rates, better service and excellent installation. If Brinant takes over a month just to finalise a new installation imagine if I have an emergency how long the response would be.
Still waiting for them to call me back. If that is how they treat you under normal circumstances how will they treat you when you are in need
They were slow. And actually missed a suspicious vehicle in the area. ADT removed the next afternoon.
