Well done security

I'm quite conflicted writing this review. I really like this company, but my camera installation remains incomplete weeks after their initial visit. Their scheduling simply does not allow the really good people in their technical teams to finish their installations, and getting them back to finish the work is almost impossible unless you take drastic measures. I keep on phoning and leaving messages, but nobody bothers to return my calls. Can someone @ Bull please help me!!!

If I could give them a zero rating I would. They do not respond to a panick and have the audacity to say that they do not have access to my property after we gave them a remote. I'm cancelling my alarm with them come Monday.

When going out of your way to help an individual in need is Bull Security’s goal, then they have achieved it today. I was stuck next to the road with car troubles and Bull Security went out of their way to help me with my car. What an excellent team of individuals that can pride themselves on excellent customer service. Well done Bull Security.

I had so much trust in this company until i recently discovered that the technicians stole my spare WiFi Router which I kept in the Cupboard where there is the alarm system. I am even afraid of complaining direct, won't i be victimised? I still need to be protected by the response guys. But now I'll make sure to keep an eye on the technicians whenever they come to attend to a fault. I am unhappy.

The issues with my alarm system has been sorted out and I am very happy with their support and service. Thank you French.

Took more than 10minutes after I phoned and said someone is in my house... Luckily the thieves managed to open my garage and ran out to hide in my garden. Had to phone again to get Bull to send a car.

My alarm went off today. I asked them to check and did not come back to me with feedback. When I called them they told me they don't call back when all is in order. How am I supposed to know if you don't give feedback? Also please communicate with your clients realized today that your offices have relocated from Elardus Park?
