Very quick to take your money, but then things get slow and difficult. Sales person blatantly lied to us about details of the SLA. Took weeks to get connected after having paid. Still outstanding issues a month later despite following up countless times. Only reason for two rather than one stars is that the response call centre has been quite responsive and helpful so far.
Stay away!! This company lacks integrity and ethics. Service is very poor. No visibility after your contract is signed. They lock you into a contract and you will have to go to court to resolve the issue. I can kick myself. My neighbour warned me and it was unfortunately too late.
I installed a alarm system with CSI in November last year, we have been having problems with the system from the first week. There armed response is absolutely slow ... my alarm triggered off and it took the 30 minutes to arrive. The worst technical team you can ever speak to they are absolutely rude, and every time you have a problem, i think they are trained to blame Load-shedding and when you tell them you are on a solar system they change the reason for there poor service. Not sure if this company even know the meaning of security. Maybe they ONLY RUDE to people of other race groups..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVEN IF FOR FREE .... ONE STAR IS ALSO TOO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY.

Very very very bad service. Our complex has been contacting them for weeks with zero response from their side and no assistance. Honestly the worst service we have ever experienced with a security company.
I have been trying for the last month to have my alarm system installed. These guys are so disorganised.
CSI security are the very best!!! We had another company patrolling the streets of our lovely suburb, then we changed and that was the best decision ever!! Friendly, efficient service. These are the guys that make you sleep peaceful as you can rest assured you are in good hands. Also the owner Dana Bloem is a man with a heart of gold that truely cares for his fellow man.
Is a nice place to visit sometimes
