My mother was there for two weeks. My utmost appreciation to every person working there, as they are all exceptional. She made a remarkable recovery, which can only be due to the care she received.
My second stay in this very pleasant step-down. The staff are all very efficient and pleasant…. They seem happy in their work. A sign of a well run establishment. Highly recommend ,
I had bi lateral surgery. Both knees replaced at the same time. This facility was just what us needed. A place to recuperate and rehabilitate. The facility is great but without the staff it would be just a place. From the kitchen staff to the nursing staff, to the helpers, cleaners, all contributed very much to an awesome environment for recovery. The physiotherapists need special mention as they were excellent and dedicated in providing a professional, very helpful service in the recuperation process. The matron, Rosie, keeps the whole facility running well. If I had to raise a criticism, it would be that you had no choice for luch & dinner. That being said I found the food provided excellent. I wish to express my gratitude to you, Rosie and all your staff for a very valuable service. I wish you all much personal success and continued prosperity for the facility. Charlie Schmidt.
I had a hip resurfacing and was placed in the bsa for 2 weeks. They are amazing and awesome. Matron and Their staff are awesome and the food is great. Would not hesitate to go back again.
Our father stayed at Bryanston Sub Acute for 35 days. He was very frail when he arrived as he had just spent 5.5 months in Milpark. The care and love that he was afforded during his stay at Bryanston Sub Acute by the staff was incredible. Our father loved his stay there so much so that he did not want to leave. We were even allowed to bring his beloved daschund Layla to come and visit him and that was a big bonus. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Matron Rosie, Case Manager Ishmael, the doctors, the physiotherapists, the nursing staff and everyone else that took care of our father and as a family we say THANK YOU. Would we recommend Bryanston Sub-Acute? Yes, absolutely!!!.
My mother recently spent two weeks here after an op to repair a fractured femur. She is 88 suffers from dementia and macular degeneration. The nursing care was good but not exceptional. However, the physiotherapy was dismal. R668.90 on a daily basis on top of the Sub Acute rates for 10 to 15 minute sessions. Little or no feedback to myself or the nursing staff. Disappointing considering I spent 2 to 3 hours a day with her.
I was a patient from the 19th of Feb to the 28th, recovering from a major accident and multiple fractures of my left Femur. I can only have good word for the staff , they treated me like a royal , they always smiled and helped me in my recovery. A special thank in alphabetical order to Andries , Christina , Dudu , and all the other staff , from the kitchen to the night staff . Thanks again
Thank G-d there is a place like sub acute. Wonderful place for rehabilitation. Doctor, physios etc available every day. Excellent nursing and caring. Matron in charge. Beautiful and clean building. Lovely garden. Food not so great. Breakfast excellent. Needs a place to buy cold drinks and sweets.
Excellent facility. My wife recuperated there after knee replacement surgery at Olivedale. Outstanding staff looking after all the needs. The facility is also run under excellent control by the matron. Thanks once again.
Brilliant Stay. Far to young, but I had reconstructive surgery and needed to rest. Staff and Matron run a very good ship
