In all honesty, I was there at 4:10pm on a particular Saturday after I had been there earlier in the day, but they wouldn't allow me in for two minutes to purchase a seal for a pipe at home that was gushing water...I eventually went to Leroy Merlin...
Poor service at its atmost worst at this branch. Wanted to buy a padlock which was tagged at R300 on shelve only to be given a new higher price at the till. The manager was not helpful either. What a disappointment and a waste of time!
Thank you Simon- there was no stock on the shelf and you went out of your way to try find the item- and magically you found the last box - and all the staff were so cheerful- you made my day!!!

Very helpful staff. They are well trained. They have competition from Leroy. I found the Builders here more helpful. Great service.
So if you need over priced HTH products or light bulbs this store is for you. Other than that this store is useless.Their stock quantities are low and they don't carry most of the items in the builders catalogue. Their excuse is sorry we are an 'Express' branch. I once placed an order online which was accepted to collect from this branch and they didn't have stock. My advice , don't waist your time going to this store. For plumbing goods, go across the road to plumblink in Stoneridge mall, or for any other hardware go to Leroy Merlin, or Cashbuild, both within walking distance of this builders.
it was not too busy and got the essentials I needed. Just there aren't much staff in the store floor close to assist, thankfully another customer was kind enough to assist me the nursery area always has a variety of seedlings and colorful flowers to choose from
Very friendly helpful staff. Just at times don't have what I want, then go to Meadowdale.
They had what I needed but getting service is another thing altogether, once you find someone they're helpful but you have to go searching for them.
Poor experience. Looking for a stable door . System says they have stock. Drive all the way there ... Guess what!!! Not impressed
