Builders Warehouse Polokwane truly saved the day during this chilly winter season. When we came home to discover we had no hot water, we rushed off to Builders Warehouse to find the necessary items to fix the issue. It was just a few minutes before closing time, and my husband phoned ahead. We were pleasantly greeted over the phone by the staff, and the manager, Mr. Paul Mohale, assured us that he would wait for us. True to their word, Mr. Mohale and his sales manager, Mr. Lucky, were there to welcome us upon arrival. They provided exceptional assistance, guiding us to the right parts needed for our home repair. Thanks to their great teamwork, assistance, and knowledge, we were able to quickly acquire the necessary items and get our hot water system up and running again. That evening, on a very cold winter night, we enjoyed a warm shower, all thanks to the exceptional service we received from the team at Builders Warehouse Polokwane. We highly recommend this store for their helpful and accommodating staff, who truly go above and beyond for their customers.
What a store, everything that every household needs is found there, anything that is required in a home, from seedlings,to pot plants , furniture, just to name a few, I was impressed.
Not recommend if you value friendly customer service. The staff seems to think they are doing customers a favour. Pitty there's no real competition. Terrible shopping experience.

Builders Warehouse Mokopane has hit rock bottom! Once upon a time you could've said that they had good customer service, now they have nothing... No staff on the floor assisting customers, staff at counter not helpful and very rude!
It has enough parking,all the building materials, tiles and any other plumbing and electrical equipments are found there. The service is good and they always assist a customers fairly and equally
