Thank you very much Bill, the service manager for coming through for us at our time of need, I can really recommend this place because of him and his team. Went there on Friday with a battery warning on the dash, didn’t think we’d get assistance as there was a lot of car, but like a great uncle Bill, showed up and made sure we where sorted.
I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Mercurius Motors Limpopo last year, and I must say that the entire experience, especially with the sales rep Mr. Tumelo Mamabolo, has been outstanding. Not only did Mr. Mamabolo provide exceptional service during the sales process, but his dedication to after-sales support is truly commendable. Even months after the sale was complete, he continues to go above and beyond to assist with anything I may need. It's incredible to see how he oversees even routine services on my vehicle, ensuring that everything is taken care of to the highest standards. Mr. Mamabolo's commitment to his customers is unparalleled. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mercurius Motors Limpopo, especially with Mr. Tumelo Mamabolo as your sales representative, for their exceptional service and genuine care for their customers.
The High Rating is for the security at the entrance. One is absolutely confident that your vehicle is safe on their premises. Prices of Spares are however over the top! I found it to be in fact cheaper to travel to Pretoria to get the spares than buying at Mercurius.
Worst service we've ever gotten from a car dealership, waiting more than n month for parts that you have to pay for a service up front for them to even consider to order the parts. Calling and calling after them to find out what is going on and then just to get the following answer " I'll have to check I'll call you back shortly " 2 weeks later and the still haven't called back. And don't think any of the managers even try to talk to you when you ask for a manager, then the line just cuts out. Really expected more from such a classy brand, Obviously won't ever recommend a Mercedes to anyone after this experience.
I brought in my car for A service at 06:00. They check and quote the service of my car at about 13:00 since in the morning. I had to take flight to Asia at 23:00 the same day. I get my car at 17:00. Just to change the oil filter and refill new engine oil. I don't think I will send my car to them again.
I am writing this review with a Bleeding heart. The poor service I am getting from mercedes Benz SA- Polokwane Brand it's hell. I am now driving a car with worn brake pads because I am taken from pillar to post. 3 months ago I hv ordered and requested for an alternative car since I hv been told the system to order spares it is not working. Now when I call to follow up I am told that I will be blocked. I regret buying this car. If there is anyway I can cancel this deal to move to another brand I would...I hv driven a polo for more than 7 years and believe me I dnt remember in anyday I was ignored or not helped efficiently.
Very bad service received especially from their service Manager. He chase me out of his office saying he is making a private call. Bil.....private call against customer. Yah.

I am utterly disappointed by the treatment I received from mercedes Benz Polokwane. I purchased the brand new mercedes C200 a month ago from Bryanston and this past weekend the centre screen started heating up. I then immediately informed the sales person who assisted me and also called him on Monday. He advised me to take it in and I immediately booked for service. A service advisor by name Melanie was assigned to me and she took in the car with no hassles aside from the fact that Bryanston had not loaded my service plan but they would book it nonetheless. I left mercedes in the morning with a shuttle. Around 3pm I started panicking as no one was calling me to inform me about my car. After calling for a while I was advised that Melanie would call me back. She then calls back and I inform her that I'm calling to check up on my car. She then tells me that "their machines cannot pick up the problem but the they can feel the car heating up" so I must just leave my car there so that they can check further. I then inform her that I rely on the car as I take my daughter to school and go to work with it so what must happen now. She then starts raising her voice at me and said "we cannot pick up the problem so there is nothing we can do you can come pick up your car if that is what you want." Our of frustration and anger I told her that what does she mean that there is nothing they can do because I bought that car from their company. She then says that I didn't buy from them they cannot pick up the problem I must just fetch my car. I was so angry and shocked at the same time I started shouting at her and hung up because that lady does not know how to speak to customers. Had I not called it means she would have just called it a day and kept my car with them. A gentleman then called to explain that they cannot find the problem so they need to strip the car to check what the problem could be. This is rather discouraging because my car is a month old as explained. Why should I as a customer have to suffer for a problem that is in the car? I am disappointed and I need answers asap. This is unacceptable
