I love the store for everything I need for home renovations and decor but service is lacking TERRIBLY. I walked around close to an hour and couldn't find someone to help me. There was no one at the help desk in front either so eventually one of the cashiers found someone for me. Definitely need to employ more staff especially considering there are always quite a lot of people in the store whether its a weekday or weekend and regardless of time. Even over weekends when you'd think they would have more staff come in, there is only maybe 3 or 4 cashiers open of the whole row of tills available, and you stand in the line half the day.
Staff went out of their way to assist me with a problem I was experiencing with my electrical lamp today. Honest friendly service given. Keep up the great work!
A wonderful shop with everything you would need. Just a pleasure to visit and walk around.
They have pretty much everything you could need in your home. Even the things you didn't know you needed. Just a little pricey. And the pot plants are basically disposable in terms of lifespan.
The best builders in Port Elizabeth! Very helpful staff in each department. Great quality products and they not badly priced either. Worth the visit and chat to their experts in each department.
When visited the store, the series was great. I then ordered online because of work related reasons and xould not go into store physically. My delivery date was scheduled for 01 March 2023. I got an email on 28 February 2023 in the afternoon, stating that my builders card was refunded an amount equalling to some of the items ordered. To hear by a neighbor that builders were delivering on 28 February when I was not home. No communication done on change of delivery date, no communication that driver is on their way to the house, no communication that he is there and no communication why I have been refunded. I still have no update as to what exactly is going on. I contacted the customer support and they advised that per order details, it's partially shipped. I am beyond disappointed
DIY shop with everything you need. Helpful staff however pricing not that cheap on all goods. Plant store very big, lots of varieties and helpful staff. Open most hours to assist.
Never had an issue with this Builders Warehouse. Staff are generally quite friendly and happy to assist. Today's trip especially so. I didn't get the names of the gents who assisted me in the Saniware and Plumbing departments but they were great, thanks very much. To the lady who pointed me in the right direction, thank you as well.
Always nice to visit. Clean and neat. Nice to no that you can eat inside the resturant almost outdoors between the plants.
Awesome range of products. Some of the staff need more training on product knowledge
