Purchase on drive thru on 5 March 2023 at 12h29, order WS#112 refers. Order was for 3 king size combo nr 1 at R60 times 3 its R180. We were informed that was no cooldrink as the machine was broken. Instead we were offered orange juice. At paying window we saw R15 extra were charged for Pura orange juice. We were not informed initially and R15 was taken without permission by cashier 13697. My first and last experience with Burger King. David
Doesn’t even deserve a star. Chicken as spicy as hell, the manager at lynnwood lane is so rude, telling me it’s not spicy, my face going red because I was dying of the chicken I tried. The double burger is so small and full of spice when I asked for an original. Took it back for the second time. Wouldn’t recommend this Burger King in lynnwood lane at all.
Drive thru is an absolute mess. Had to wait in a 45 minute queue. When I finally got to order I had to wait another 5 minutes for a receipt that I was told should be used at the next window, wasn't even asked for it. The cashier informed me it was due to their system being slow. This has been the same excuse multiple times over the last few months. My suggestion is to rather use another company if you wanted fast food as Burger King clearly doesn't understand or care about their customers.
The food was good, service was excellent, the place was clean. Didn't wait a long time to receive my order,I would definitely recommend the place to anyone, and I will definitely come back to dine again. Keep up the good work guys
Well i bought myself a bar 1 fusion ice cream and i wish i took pictures i mean nothing was fusioned there they just poured ice cream then put a scope of syrup on top which just made a rock of bar 1 syrup on top of my ice cream but well it was late and i didnt have time to go back and file a complain but dissapointed, i just wish yall do better next time
The service is always friendly and fast.LUNCH TIME SORRY GUYS. ….. MIX UP IN MEAL SIZE PAYMENT today Oder attendant was speaking language to others waited a while before we could BLA BLA YET still great meal.
What you'd expect from a fast food space for atmosphere. The service is slow, everytime I've gone I have had to pull off to the side and wait for the order. No matter the size of the order. Sometimes the wait isn't long other times, I have sat for 30minutes waiting. And this happens when they are quiet.Food: 5/5
The burgers are niiiiice and juicy, oh did I mention that they are fresh. But we were the only car and kind of waited quite a bit. It could probably be because we bought 10 burgers . But burger King never disappoints Vegetarian options: I tasted two of vegetarian burgers and oooooooooh are they good or are they good. I enjoyed the burgers even though I'm not vegetarian
Waited 45 mins in the drive through queue for them to give me onion rings instead of chicken nuggets. Now I'm at home and certainly not going to return to that congested mess. Get it right, or make it right.
Queue was long but moved very quickly. Loved the food as well Food: 5/5
