Honestly, if you are genuinely in need of something from this establishment, it would be worthwhile to make a visit. While this place is not inherently bad, there is room for improvement in terms of their service. In my personal experience, I have consistently encountered a waiting period of no less than one hour before receiving assistance, followed by further delays at the checkout counter. This establishment should be avoided if you are pressed for time, as it is highly likely to leave you disappointed. Despite offering a wide array of products and essentials, their service is regrettably sluggish. It is regrettable to note that despite being loyal customers for several years, my friends and I, who are studying engineering, have always encountered the same disappointing level of service. With some adjustments to their service speed and efficiency, this establishment could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Went to buy a blue nova lithium battery wall-mounted bracket, and the shop floor assistant reconnected other type I was not familiar with. The recommended bracket did not serve any purpose since it was not the specification was not for this type of battery. I returned the recommended brackets...guess what happened? The crooks changed me a 15 % handling fee for the rubbish they recommended.

Service? Whats that? They never heard the term. Try returning faulty equipment and see your patience being tested. If the item wasn't that expensive I would have smashed it to bits just to prove the point. Days has gone past where you could get quality products in bulk. Always out of stock of someting or anorher.

Received exceptional service. They were quick to answer my website enquiry. Then they went out of their way to make up a special industrial automation cable for me.

The shopping experience at this place is atrocious. Needed 2 smart switches. Need to join a queue to get the product. Why oh why. Then need to wait for someone to get the product. Oh my word. Took 20 min in total. I should have just gone to a normal hardware store.

Ordered online, was just after 6am. Asked if I can pick items up as I wanted to install over the weekend and delivery stated 2-4 working days. Thought I'd phone to follow up but by 11am I received email that item was picked up for delivery and was subsequently delivered at about 3pm. Not even 12 hours. Great service! Please keep it up!
