I have only had good experiences from Professional Satellite. Jaco and team have been my go-to company ranging from dish installation, decoder setup, microwave and TV repair and even CCTV camera installations, for many years. My experience with them has truly been as their name mentions...professional.

Phoned them to have a job done, cost R550 per hour. They choosed the time of 14h00 that they free the following day to attend to me. I rearranged my whole day around their chosen appointment time.  Morning of next day they call to inform me another customer who was supposed to be attended to in the morning at 10h00, is only available at 13h00 so they might go into my appointment slot but they will come once they done with him. At 14h00, they phoned to say they running late and will come at 15h00. At 16h00 they phoned to say can't make it, can we do it another day. They should just remove the word "professional" from their business name, their customer service is anything but professional.

Took our tv in last week Wednesday, phoned the Friday to find out what is wrong, was told it left for the workshop on Thursday. Well today is a week later and no word! Paid R250 but havent even heard what the costs to repair will be - my first experience is a BAD one.... they have my TV and my R250 and no communication as yet.

I phoned them more than a week ago. The first guy told me that the eye must be aligned. He did that and it was working for one day. Yesterday I phoned again. This morning another guy pitch with a sigaret in the mouth. So firstly I've asked him to kill his sigaret because I do not smoke and this is public with the client. So then he told me it is the power supply. But he guess because he cannot test it. I phoned to speak to Jaco the owner of the business without any success.  He did not phone back. My problem still not solved.

Placed a complaint due to incorrect information received, it was a different supplier and not professional satellite and tv antenna systems.
