Absolutely loved the food. Mom and I both had pizzas and it's the perfect thin crust with loads of toppings. Hubby had the venison pie and didn't even get to the pie as the chips and vegetables were so much and so delicious. Definitely a place we will add to favorites list. Food is amazing and they aren't even expensive. They even have nice alcohol specials if that's what you are looking for too

Mother's Day lunch with the family. @JohnnyCamel #JohnnyCamel was playing live music. Very good vibe and he sounded very professional. Food was very good, tasty and fresh. We had pizzas, burgers, a pasta and some pork belly. I had the South African Pizza. It was very nice with a good mix of sweet and salty. Everyone's meals were awesome and even the milkshakes were yummy. Better than just a normal, plane Jane choc or strawberry or vanilla, but super thick and delicious. Very friendly service. Definitely recommended. Keep up the good work.

Very nice restaurant with excellent food and wonderful service. We dined inside as it was pretty cold outside. Pleasantly surprised at the mussels and pasta dish. They don't scrimp on the mussels provided. The eisbein is perfectly done and massive.Food: 5/5

Food was generally good and very reasonably priced. Once our orders were placed, especially the drinks and dessert, they arrived very promptly. I had the Hunter venisonBurger which was a bit dry, perhaps a sauce could have been offered or asked how I would like it done. Hence, only a 3 star rating from me regarding service. Dietary restrictions: Catered for gluten intolerant diners.

Had a great lunch, excellent food & live music. Meal was perfect & definitely of a high standard all-round. Will recommend to family & friends. Kid-friendliness: Service is great. Friendly & proficient . Parking: There is also extra parking next to the venue.

Excellent service. The churros were done perfectly. Highly recommend this gem of a place. Came back a few months later for lunch and the burger was delicious. Vegetarian options: Some veggie dishes and the burgers can all be made with veggie patties. Wheelchair accessibility: Dedicated spot to park, ground is a bit rough. Outside seating is easier than inside.

The Olive Bistro in Durbanville is a good option to grab something to eat or just to enjoy a couple of drinks. We visited them for dinner and had some pizza which was delicious. We also had some of the craft beers they had on tap. The restaurant is decorated in a casual beach style ensuring you feel relaxed the minute you walk in there. There is both inside and outside seating areas, and although we sat inside as it was a bit windy, the outside area was packed - clearly a favourite of the locals. The staff were also very friendly and made us feel welcome. The restaurant does have parking but it is limited, so if you want to ensure you get a parking spot arrive early. Also I recommend you make a booking for larger groups to ensure you get a good table. I also need to note that my wife tried one of their non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri's which she really enjoyed. Will definitely be visiting them again.
