I ordered Nesting tables and only received one table instead of two. The package was missing a whole second table. I am so gutted as I’ve been excited anticipating the delivery of my package. When I try calling they do not answer. Had to email them but no response from them as yet. I am absolutely livid. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from them. Don’t order items from Hyperli either as that is where I ordered from. It will cost you and cause you unnecessary stress.
Worst service ever. I bought 5 of the same items from then on their online store at an amount of R399 per item. After 2 days I phoned them and asked what was going on with the delivery only to be informed that the items that I bought was out of stock. They then sent me other products to choose from and the item that was closest to mine, was suddenly R1300 per item. I managed to fight with them to get an equal product from them at the price that I paid for the items, just so that we can get a late delivery by 2days after the day that we have requested it to be delivered. Won't ever deal with them.
Take it from me. You don't want to do business with these guys. Bought some furniture from them through Avo. Aweful customer service. Wrongly delivered. The list goes on..
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could rate them 0 I would. Ordered storage cannisters on Bid or Buy they trade as Ontheline on that platform, only to be told AFTER payment was made that they had no stock. Received a call from Racheal Brown of Calasca, being super apologetic blah blah blah and she confirmed they will refund me. I provided the account details for refund on 3 March 2021 and still have had no word. Their "policy" is to only do refunds on Friday afternoons - so they will sit with your money in their account, getting your interest and then only refund you on a Friday afternoon, knowing full well the funds won't clear until the Monday? Followed up on Monday 8 March 2021 re the refund and was told that the ONLY person in the company who can supposedly do refunds was off sick on Friday...but when queried why the refund was not done on Thursday as per Racheal's promise, I was told that she lady was now supposedly out on Thursday too...oh and nobody in this "very legitimate business" as per Kelly who I was made to speak to as Racheal had no answers knew how to do anything. Kelly also let slip that "Oh we wanted to offer you this other product instead but if you don't want it we will do the refund today" - in other words everything I had been told up to now were lies and they had no intention of refunding me at all. They advertise things, but then have no stock - but the ad remains live on the site and still shows stock on hand? Scam artists of note.
Wonderful customer care service. I bought a mirror shoe cabinet I have not assembled it yet but I love the quality of their product.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago through Hyperli, they only delivered after i complained. They only delivered 1 item and somehow forgot to add the other one. 1 week later they ignoring my calls and emails when enquiring about my order. Only to find out they ran out of stock. Their service is trash, beyond trash actually.
On the 29 November 2019 I bought a motorbike, Christmas present for my little girl from 'Ontheline' seller on Bidorbuy. After i made a payment of R674, i never had an update from the seller about my order. Until i made an enquiry about it, the seller had no idea about my orders status. On the 12 December 2019 i asked for a refund bcos it was clear that my girls present is nowhere. I sent them my banking details several times for a refund and am still waiting. Goodwill
The last 4 orders we have had with calasca have all been a problem, not sure if they have gone through a management change, but service levels are honestly absolutely horrible. Going to stop supporting them, there are better companies out there that offer better service, why settle for bottom of the barrel.
I love my products from Calasca, the quality is great. I love that they have a range of these rose gold organisers. My Favourite is that i can now organise my home office desk, the stapler is my fav.
Ordered 1 of these to test and landed up ordering 15 more sets . Use them in my kitchen, bathroom and baby room . Only issue is I couldn’t get hold on them on landline as they only work via email and WhatsApp . Other very very happy
