Had a terrible experience with a rug we purchased here. The salesman who helped us told us the rug is very easy to clean but we were not giving any further cleaning instructions. After about two months of purchasing the rug I started noticing abnormal amount of wear and tear on the edges. I was quite busy and did not get a chance to take it back to the store, subsequently my cat messed the rug and I had to wash the rug, I called a company that uses steam cleaning machines to clean the rug, this company also uses these machines to clean Persian rugs etc. After the rug had been washed and dried it looked terrible, stretched and worn out. I took it personally to the store but the manager was not in so one of the employees took pictures of the rug and said the manager would call me on Monday. Obviously this did not happen so I had to call them myself, after ALOT of to and fro and frustration they refused to refund or replace the rug. Apparently the rug is only meant to be dry cleaned and we did not follow cleaning instructions. These so called cleaning instructions are not given to you upon purchase nor are they anywhere to be found on the Coricraft website . Would be an understatement to say I am extremely disappointed. You don’t expect a rug to look the way this one does in 3months and i didn’t scrub the rug by hand or something ridiculous to say that one wash could cause this type of damage. You are better off spending more at @home or elsewhere where you would get better customer service.

We paid Coricraft a large deposit for a couch, then learnt it would take six weeks to make fair enough. Six weeks later, they asked for the balance, and didn't send through payment instructions. Five days later, requesting instructions every day, and after not having received any instructions, we managed to pay the balance, at which point they said they'd take two days to check the payment, and only then would they start to look at booking the delivery of the couch, which would still take a week. Unacceptable customer service.

Worst experience in South Africa. Order process and payment was fine, thats it. No more information, no call, no delivery. Nobody feels responsible. At the end 20 K are gone. Never again. Please don‘t buy by Coricraft, you will loose your money.

Their delivery and execution is shameful, half the furniture arrived, cushions missing, they asked us to go fetch the missing cushions ourselves from fourways. Total lack of care

Worst service. A rug which we liked had two price tags...with the higher price being what is honoured. Cannot be trusted with pricing.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a retail store!!!!! From attempting to charge R800 for delivery of 2 dining room chairs, incorrect SKU tags placed on furniture items resulting in the wrong chairs being delivered, to the store making a sales member deliver the correct chairs to our house in their personal vehicle resulting in 1 of the chairs getting damaged, the list goes on. The damaged chair was reported to Corricraft staff and we still wait for a call from customer service well over a month later. The absolute worst worst worst service and furniture store in the country. Never to be trusted, never to be used again.

Honestly, the worse service I have ever experienced. Firstly, the store clerks were very rude when I was at the show floor. Secondly, they put my order under another person's name so I never received any communication about delivery and when my delivery date came it was booked under the wrong truck specifications. Thirdly, I had call and explain their mistake to them and I had to postpone the delivery. I was told they would call me, never got a call. I called in later that week and explained the whole story again just to simply to rearrange delivery for another day. I was told I would get an email confirmation the day before delivery. I didn't receive one. I called again to find out what was happening and my delivery was never scheduled for the day I rearranged it to, bare in mind, I live in a complex so I have to organize delivery each time with the security, property manager etc. When I complained to head office about this, I was told my delivery would be organized urgently and it would take place on the day I had rearranged for, as I had been messed around enough. Delivery didn't arrive. I'm extremely disappointed, especially for the amount of money I paid for my furniture. I will never use them again

They have a really nice wide range. Material is just not my cup of tea. But most would love. I Loved the service. And the nice coffee shop adjoining, great to distress after walking around shopping.

Poor service !!!!, its more the 7days waiting for my refund to be processed only to follow up and found it i was initially not captured and the lady that assisted is not available i had to refill the refund form all over again to be told it will be processed urgently with no response! i had to still follow up and still no response. Very disappointing for a shop like cori craft to have such poor bad services. Appalling!!
