Order number: 2022113014320624. I waited for a fridge a bit more than 2 weeks however it was stated that item is on hand. But the worst thing is how the delivery were performed - the fridge just was left on the road near building entrance! Do you think that it is normal way of working? Do not you think that such a big items require delivery to a flat? You even did not notify that it will be done that way. That was first and the last time I purchase something here. For those who read this - think twice.
Ordered here multiple times and was happy with my previous orders. But for my last order made last month the customer support is non existent. I ordered 6 components that were all listed as available at short notice 2-5 days. After almost a month it still has not been shipped because one item is not in stock. I have been asking them for 10 days via support through multiple emails to just replace the item with another item that is in stock but they are not responding to any emails.
ENDLESS WAITING for the order to be processed/shipped and customer service is NON EXISTENT . I've ordered a screen and a printer 20 days ago, I have no clue what happened there as the items were on stock and ready to be shipped. The order status isn't clear on the website and after many attempts contacting the customer support via phone and email, still no answer! I've spent a substantial sum of money, not peanuts. The LEAST they can do is provide a decent assistance. I'll never buy from them again!
no care taken and silent customer service Bought an expensive new computer GPU, paid extra for premium shipping box why is this needed to be paid for? and when i got the parcel, the premium shipping box was a joke 2mm cardboard and a bit of paper. This didn't matter though, as the GPU box itself was very beaten up before it was even shipped from the warehouse. looked like it had been used as a football.... When asking what happened, customer service don't answer their emails. Thankfully, somehow the GPU still works. it was only released 2 weeks before it was bought and sent to myself.
I have built my pc through this shop and i am really happy and satisfied with the service!! Anything that you want is in there, so much variety of products. Helpful staff and always happy to satisfy their customers. I have also bought a second time from that shop instead of buying from a nearest shop here in Cyprus. This place is now my go to for all parts :
Good experience with them. I bought a laptop from them. They deliver it a bit late to Romania, but I was able to speak with them over the phone and they kept me up to date information as I was waiting for the delivery. I ordered a Brita Style water filter Jug from ComputerUniverse via Check24.de order number TXU9UW after comparing prices on many websites. The order process was straight forward. Delivery was fast with clear tracking information and the package arrived well wrapped. The product and inside packaging were in perfect condition. Very good online shopping experience.
The worst service I have ever experienced. We sent a product an amp back for repair at their suggestion. They kept the device for 5 months, and still have not returned it. After 4 promises of an inquiry or returning the device, we still don't have it. It's essentially theft at this point. I very rarely leave a bad review, but I would give this place negative stars if I could.
Non existent after sales support. Bought a set of speakers which arrived damaged, contacted support on the same day I received them. Received the first reply 3 weeks after, to which they did not reply to my query. Opened a case with Paypal to which they agreed I return the item for a full refund After 20 days of opening the case with PayPal, though I have to pay the return shipping. Mind you, the speakers cost Euro ~80 including shipping, to which the return shipping costs Euro 29...
Bought many items from them. Had many issues. Very long response from support at least weeks. Sometimes had to spend months to get back money for items they had not managed to get on stock. Still waiting refund for broken item bought 8 months ago. Refused to send me new unbroken item. They have lower price but awfull customer support. Be ready to get stuck with you purchase or refund for months sending them tons of e-mails.
