I've been living in Camlyn Gardens for just over 2 years now. My favourite thing about living here is the peace and quiet. I love my own space and I don't like being surrounded by unruly and loud people, and Camlyn is serene for me. The complex is big, and the kids can play freely inside the yard. There is 24 hour security and our caretaker is the best - always on call. I love the convenience, it's close to the main road and mall, and schools. The units are spacious and modern. I highly recommend it.
Not well managed. At some point we spent about a week without water and electricity because #TshwaneYaTima. When you move out they scam you the deposit money. Getting someone to come for maintenance is a headache. I wouldn’t recommend if you want peace of mind. Unpleasant experience all together. The admin lady called Pontsho is the worst to deal with. I always got demotivated whenever i had to deal with her. Moving out was the best thing ever.
It's been over a month now since I moved here and the place is really, really great. The garden and the swimming pool are very well maintained... It's a very good environment for children, they have a homework club in the complex so there's really no need for after care and they get swimming lessons. The people here are also lovely, I love it here.
Upon signing our lease we soon realised that there are more people moving out than in. Poorly managed, kids scratch cars and make an inconsiderate amount of noise despite complaints. Not ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet to work from home.
Poor security, experienced 3 break-ins while living here. Searched upon exiting however my possessions still managed to leave the complex. Very noisy, kids playing and very naughty. Kids are known to scratch the cars while play. Maintenance is lacking as there is a rat problem. Pools are hardly clean, usually green. Would not recommended this place

The security company employed here is completely and utterly useless. But the place is usually well maintained.
Security at this place is not great,, although its wheelchair friendly with good parking space.
A nice place to live at but those whites are crooks..We moved out there end of november 2018 but till now they never gave us our deposit money back..They only send us 100 rand...They were taking money from my late sisters husband while on the other side we were paying,, which means we where paying double for those 3 months.....U dont wanna stay there.Trust me coz we werent the first one to be denied a deposit money...Owners from camlyn gardens are crooks rubbish
I just started living here from 1st February. Everything looks neat and tidy n security checks in and out. 2 pools on the yard.
