Electricity is way too expensive in this complex. The place is not taken care of, always dirty. Very noisy, securities just let anyone come in without even checking..
Its mostly quite but not all the time. The security is just ok and the tenants are mostly foreign. The place is hardly clean coz 30 minutes after it is cleaned, bins are filled again and for some reason you will find papers and garbage allover the yard. And the kids are messy and play next to the cars danger of them scratching them and braking windows with their ball as soccer is the favoured sport.
Place very noisy, if you want a peaceful and quite place l would not reccomend this place. Place is close to the train station which makes the place dangerous. Electricity in this place is too way expensive. The company letting the place is called Mems not running the place well.
A friend of mine lives here and its a nice complex not sure about other stuff there but seems okay

The Estate is affordable for new family starting up and looking for a comfortable place to live in
